Republican Congressman Ralph Norman said he will support Senator-elect Darline Graham in South Carolina's Senate race. 'I never fought other Republicans,' Norman told X. 'Defeating Democrats is still my goal.'

Graham won the Republican nomination with help from President Trump and Governor McMaster after her brother passed away, leading to her appointment as senator.

Norman lost to Graham in a primary runoff last August. He said he has concerns about Graham getting money from liberal groups in Washington D.C., but he supports her because she is now the party’s nominee. 'She won fair and square,' Norman added, showing his respect for democracy.

Democrat Dr. Annie Andrews is also running. The race is still tight. We tried to get a comment from Graham's team, but they did not respond yet.

Norman worries that money from liberal groups might change how Graham votes in Washington D.C. He hopes this does not happen and believes she should stick with the Republican party’s values.

Graham winning means fewer Democrats win. This is good news for Republicans who want to keep control of Congress.

Voters are watching closely as the race gets closer. They hope both candidates will talk about important issues like jobs, healthcare, and taxes.
