Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina is sounding the alarm ahead of the midterms.

Appearing on Fox News Channel's "My View," Scott warned that Democrats could move fast if they take back Congress in November.

"Every single day, Democrats will find a way to impeach President Trump, his Cabinet, and frankly even judges," Scott said. "They want to pack the Supreme Court."

Packing the court means adding new justices to change how it rules. The current court has nine seats. Democrats have debated adding more to shift the balance.

Scott called the opposing party "the most dangerous, radical, and weird group of Democrats the country has ever seen." He made the comments while urging Republican voters to show up at the polls.

Host Lara Trump asked Scott about President Trump's role on the campaign trail. Scott said Trump's presence "motivates our base to turn out."

He argued the stakes go beyond one election.

"The one way to stop that from happening is to make sure that we defend the majority that we currently have," Scott said.

Scott said Republicans must hold the House and Senate to finish what he called Trump's "legacy agenda." He described that agenda as protecting "free-market capitalism" and keeping the "American dream alive and well."

He directed viewers to DefendTheMajority.com to donate to Republican candidates.

Scott framed the election as a choice between two very different directions for the country. He said a Democratic majority would mean investigations, court changes, and what he called a slide toward socialism.

"If you believe in keeping America a free-market capitalist society," Scott said, "you've got to vote for President Trump and his agenda."

The midterms will decide which party controls Congress. Every seat matters. If you want to weigh in, you can contact your representatives, donate to campaigns you support, or simply make sure you are registered to vote.
